The MTX88 is an eight output certified MILAN to I2S interface, intended for use in active loudspeakers, system amplifiers, or rack processors for professional audio or high end home audio. All connections on MTX88 are internal multi-pin connectors. To build a full product, additional PCBs are needed with external connectors. The internal I2S connections can be directly interfaced to a DSP or D/A converter. The MTX88 is designed as a plug-in module to be placed on a motherboard, such as an I/O board or interface board. The MTX88 is available as a certified MILAN Listener and as a general-purpose AVB interface.
